I named my son after Louis. Only we changed the spelling to Lewis. I have to admit, I fell in love with Brad Pitt after this movie. Tom Cruise, meh, not so much. He did not portray the Lestat we know from the books too well. But still, he added a certain evilness to the movie that would be needed to Hollywood it, I guess. Fabulous vampire movie, one of my favorites.
